Responsibilities of Airport Ground Staff include:
1. Greeting passengers as they enter the airport
2. Checking boarding passes and verifying passenger information
3. Assisting passengers with baggage check-in and security screening
4. Directing passengers to the appropriate departure gates
5. Providing information on flight schedules and delays
6. Handling customer complaints and inquiries
7. Ensuring the safety and security of all passengers and airport personnel
8. Working closely with airline staff and airport authorities to ensure smooth operations
