Job Summary
A Flight Attendant (Fresher) is responsible for ensuring the safety, comfort, and well-being of passengers during flights. This role involves providing excellent customer service, performing safety procedures, and maintaining a pleasant travel experience for all passengers. Key Responsibilities
1. Passenger Safety
Conduct safety demonstrations and ensure passengers follow safety instructions.
Check safety equipment, cabin doors, and emergency systems before take-off.
Assist passengers during turbulence, medical situations, or emergencies.
2. Customer Service
Greet passengers during boarding and assist with seating.
Address passenger needs, queries, and concerns politely.
Provide special assistance to elderly passengers, children travelling alone, and passengers with disabilities.
3. In-Flight Service
Serve meals, snacks, and beverages.
Ensure cabin cleanliness throughout the flight.
Make announcements and share flight updates with passengers.
4. Cabin Management
Monitor and maintain cabin safety standards.
Coordinate with pilots and fellow crew members.
Handle passenger complaints or conflicts professionally.
